Working Days: 5 days a week | Saturday may be required when needed

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

Brand Minds Consultancy is looking for a motivated, organised and confident Designer Onboarding & Product Listing Executive to join our team.

The role involves working closely with designers from across the globe, managing their onboarding journey and supporting them with product listings, line sheets and other marketplace-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect and communicate with designers from India and across international markets.

* Manage the complete designer onboarding process, including follow-ups, documentation and registration.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with designers.

* Assist designers with product listing and catalogue requirements.

* Work with line sheets, product details, images, pricing and other information required for listings.

* Coordinate with designers to ensure all required information is accurate and complete.

* Follow up regularly with designers for pending documents, product details and onboarding requirements.





* Coordinate internally to ensure smooth and timely onboarding and listing.

* Maintain proper records and updates related to designer onboarding and product listings.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

* Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

* Valuable attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Comfortable communicating with international designers and working in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic knowledge of e-commerce, fashion or product listings will be an advantage.
