Role Overview

- Serve as the face of Delta Group by managing the front desk and welcoming high-profile clients, investors, and vendors.
- Maintain a highly professional, well-groomed, and warm presence at the corporate front office to ensure an exceptional first impression.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Relations: Welcome, greet, and guide visitors and corporate guests with the highest level of hospitality.
- Call Management: Route incoming boardline calls to the respective departments and handle general inquiries efficiently.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean, organized,



and presentable reception area at all times.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming/outgoing couriers, maintain visitor logs, and assist the HR/Admin teams with basic scheduling.

Requirements

- Appearance & Demeanor: Excellently groomed, smart, and highly presentable with a qualified corporate etiquette.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is advantageous).
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or guest relations associate in a corporate setup or hospitality sector.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
