Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout the resort. The technician must ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, offices, and back-of-house areas maintain proper temperature, comfort, and air quality while following hotel safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair central AC, VRV/VRF, split AC, cassette AC, AHU, FCU, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment as per the maintenance schedule.
- Attend to AC complaints from guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, offices, and other resort areas promptly.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults in HVAC equipment.
- Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, blower motors, thermostats, control panels, valves, filters, and refrigerant systems.
- Monitor refrigerant pressure, temperature, ampere readings, and overall equipment performance.
- Clean and replace AC filters, coils, drain lines, and other components when required.
- Identify refrigerant leakage and carry out necessary repairs and gas charging as per approved procedures.
- Maintain proper records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, repairs, and spare parts used.
- Ensure all HVAC equipment operates efficiently to minimize energy consumption.




- Respond quickly to engineering calls, particularly those affecting guest comfort and hotel operations.
- Coordinate with other engineering team members during major repairs and maintenance activities.
- Follow all health, safety, fire, environmental, and hotel engineering procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Ensure maintenance work is carried out with minimum disturbance to guests.
- Support the Engineering Department during emergencies and other operational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), HVAC, or Mechanical/Electrical trade.
- Previous experience as an AC/HVAC Technician in a 4-star/5-star hotel or resort is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and control panels.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve AC breakdowns independently.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Strong focus on guest comfort, safety, and service quality.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
