We are hiring for an Executive - Customer Service

Location : Chennai

Experience : 2+ years

Salary : Upto 4 Lakhs Per Annum

# To serve ROW customers orders and ensure effective communication

# Adhere to company policies, service standards, and escalation procedures

# Prepare and share customer service reports when required

# Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders and deliveries

# Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction

# Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner

# Experience in Customer hadling, order management, claim handling with proven track record

# Solid analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

# Proficiency in order management software, such as SAP ERP systems

# Order handling in ERP software

# Data analysis and reporting

# Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, factory, finance)

# Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
