- Coaching and Mentoring: Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, listen to sales calls, and teach reps how to handle objections and close deals.
- Target and Goal Setting: Assign short-term quotas and key performance indicators to individual team members that align with company goals.
- Training and Onboarding: Teach recent hires about company policies, products, and sales playbooks.
- Performance Reporting: Summarize team results, track conversion trends, and report progress to senior management.
- Motivation: Build a positive, competitive environment through feedback, recognition, and rewards

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
