Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, confident and sales-oriented Cosmetic Clinic Counsellor who can guide patients about cosmetology treatments. The role involves understanding client concerns, explaining suitable treatments, converting consultations into bookings, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Counselling & Consultation

· Greet and interact with walk-in and online clients professionally.

· Understand client concerns related to skin, hair, body or cosmetic treatments.

· Explain available treatments (laser, facials, acne treatments, fillers, hair treatments, etc.) in simple language.

· Suggest suitable treatment plans based on doctor’s consultation.

· Address client doubts, fears and expectations confidently.

Sales & Conversion

· Convert consultations into treatment bookings.

· Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.

· Upsell and cross-sell packages, memberships and products.

· Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Coordination with Doctors & Staff

· Coordinate appointments between doctors and clients.





· Assist doctors during consultation when needed.

· Maintain proper records of clients, treatments and follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management

· Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

· Handle complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

· Encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Required Skills

· Excellent communication and convincing skills.

· Strong sales and customer-handling ability.

· Presentable and well-groomed personality.

· Basic knowledge of skincare, haircare.

· Comfortable using: Excel / appointment software.

· Language: English + Marathi + Hindi.

Qualification:

· Diploma or certification in cosmetology/beauty/aesthetics is an advantage.

Salary: 08,000-20,000/- Monthly.
