Job Title: Tamil Voice Process - Health Insurance
Designation: Team leaders and Callers
Work Location: Kodambakkam
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Timing: 10AM - 6.30PM
Roles
- Handle inbound/Outbound calls in Tamil.
- Understand and resolve customer queries related to health insurance.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, renewals, claims and other insurance related information.
- provide accurate information and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Maintain proper call records and update customer information.
- Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility
- Should have atleast 5 months of experience in BPO/ Telecalling/ Customer support/insurance.
- Customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of english is prefered.
