Lakmé Academy powered by Aptech is looking for an experienced and passionate Hair Trainer to join our upcoming academy in Bengaluru.

We are looking for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing industry-ready hair professionals.

Role: Hair Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct theory and practical sessions in haircutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments as per the Lakmé Academy curriculum
- Demonstrate professional techniques and mentor students through hands-on practice
- Conduct assessments and prepare students for certifications and careers in the beauty industry
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety and skilled standards
- Guide students in developing technical skills, creativity and client-handling abilities
- Stay updated with global hair trends,



techniques and product innovations

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience as a Hair Trainer/Educator is mandatory
- Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing/Trichology
- Strong technical expertise in haircutting, colouring, styling and treatments
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and developing aspiring hair professionals

Location: Bengaluru
Experience: Prior training experience mandatory
