Job Summary

We are looking for a Service & Support Engineer to handle the installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of washing machines and dryers.

Candidates who have a Diploma / ITI qualification and are willing to learn and develop their skills in machine servicing and technical support are encouraged to apply. Freshers and candidates with internship/industrial training experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission washing machines and dryers at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and machine-related issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Identify faulty components and carry out repair/replacement as required.
- Test machines after installation or repair to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and spare-parts usage.
- Explain basic machine operation and maintenance to customers.
- Coordinate with the service/support team for unresolved technical issues.
- Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
- Travel to customer locations whenever required for installation and service.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
- Freshers can apply.




- Candidates with internship / industrial training / hands-on experience in machine servicing will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is an advantage.

Skills & Requirements

- Willingness to learn about washing machines, dryers, and related equipment.
- Interest in service, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Good problem-solving and practical technical skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidates

- Diploma / ITI freshers looking to build a career in technical service.
- Candidates with internship or industrial training experience.
- Candidates who have worked with electrical appliances, washing machines, dryers, pumps, motors, control panels, sensors, or similar equipment.
- Candidates with a strong interest in learning machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support.
