Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and responsible HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, HR records, onboarding, and other day-to-day human resource activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and candidate screening activities.
- Post vacancies and coordinate interviews with management.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll information with the accounts department.
- Maintain employee database and update HR trackers.
- Handle employee queries and general HR-related matters.
- Assist with performance evaluation and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee mobilization and documentation for overseas requirements when applicable.




- Maintain records of employee contracts, certificates, and identification documents.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate resignation, termination, clearance, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports as required by management.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualification & Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PG qualification in HR will be an advantage.
- Previous HR or recruitment experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive documentation and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of payroll and HR software will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
