About the Role

Saakar Exim Private Limited is looking for a CRM Executive – Outbound Process to manage customer communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities for our retail brand Kriti Life.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and prior experience in CRM, telecalling, customer relationship management, or outbound calling, preferably in the retail, fashion, lifestyle, or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding products, offers, promotions, recent collections, and upcoming events.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication to improve customer engagement.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products, offers, availability, and showroom-related information.
- Maintain and update customer data, call records, follow-up status, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Generate leads through outbound calling and convert potential customers into showroom visits or sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.




- Inform customers about new arrivals, festive collections, special discounts, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding customer requirements and leads.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain proper call quality, professionalism, and customer service standards.
- Prepare basic reports related to calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, outbound calling, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in the retail, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional approach.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with calling and conversion targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and customer databases.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer follow-ups efficiently.
