Every great sports experience begins with a excellent coach. At Spolto, coaches aren't vendors, they're the engine of everything we build. Our mission is to help 1 million Indians become more active through structured sport, and the only way to do that at scale is to build India's most trusted, best-supported network of coaches.

That's where you come in. As a Coach Experience Associate, you own the coach journey end to end: from the day a coach joins Spolto to every session they deliver on the ground. You'll be the person who turns raw coaching talent into a reliable, high-quality supply network that powers exceptional experiences across Pune and Mumbai.

What You’ll Own

1. Onboarding — bring the best coaches into the network

- Run the complete coach onboarding journey: screening, documentation, verification, and orientation

- Ensure every new coach understands the Spolto way: our standards, our systems, and our promise to members

- Own onboarding turnaround time so coaches go from signed-up to session-ready, fast

2. Training — set every coach up to succeed

- Deliver structured training on session quality, member engagement, safety protocols, and Spolto's coaching frameworks





- Build and refine training material as we learn what makes coaches excel

- Identify skill gaps early and create development pathways for coaches to grow within the network

3. Deployment — put the right coach in the right place, every time

- Work with the ops team to match coaches to venues, programmes, and member needs across the city

- Ensure sessions start on time, every time: coverage, backups, and schedule integrity are yours

- Manage coach availability, utilisation, and readiness so supply always meets demand

4. Experience — make quality non-negotiable

- Be the primary point of contact for the coach community; resolve queries fast and keep coaches motivated

- Track coach performance against quality standards and step in early when something's off

- Close the loop with Customer Success and Growth teams so member feedback flows back into coach development

- Champion the coach's voice inside Spolto, because a great coach experience creates a great member experience
