Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day IT and technical support.
- Troubleshoot computer, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure software and systems.
- Maintain computers, systems, and IT equipment.
- Assist the team with technical requirements.
- Monitor basic network and system performance.

Requirements

- Freshers with B.Tech/BCA/MCA or IT-related qualification can apply.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
