About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Procurement Lead to manage sourcing, vendor development, procurement planning, and material availability for manufacturing and operational requirements.

The role requires strong negotiation capabilities, vendor management expertise, and supply chain coordination skills.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Sourcing

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, components, electronics, consumables, and operational requirements
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers

Vendor Management

- Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and OEM partners
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, contracts, and commercial terms
- Monitor vendor performance and SLA adherence

Material Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with Inventory, Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand procurement requirements
- Ensure timely material availability aligned with production and project schedules

Cost Optimization

- Drive procurement cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality and timelines
- Analyze market trends and identify sourcing opportunities

Compliance & Documentation





- Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and documentation standards
- Maintain purchase records, vendor documentation, and audit readiness

Process Improvement

- Improve procurement workflows, approval processes, and vendor onboarding systems
- Support ERP-based procurement tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Procurement / Engineering / Business or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in Procurement / Sourcing roles
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, or hardware industries preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement processes

Role Summary
