Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle GST compliance, including data preparation, reconciliation, and return-related activities.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and related compliance.
- Handle PF and Professional Tax (PT) related activities and ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash expenses and supporting documents.
- Manage and record Directors' expenses, reimbursements, and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and expense statements.
- Perform regular bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receipts and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and company-related information.




- Support management with accounting reports and financial data as required.
- CA firm experience is added advantage

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Solid practical knowledge of:
- GST
- TDS
- PF
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Petty Cash Management
- Directors' Expenses & Reimbursements
- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
