Job Description – Spare Parts Manager
Location: Ormanjhi, Ranchi

Salary : Up to Rs 40,000/-

Position Summary

The Spare Parts Manager will be responsible for managing the complete spare parts operations of the dealership, ensuring optimum inventory levels, timely procurement, efficient stock management, and excellent support to the service team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day spare parts department operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability.
- Place parts orders and coordinate with the company and vendors for timely supplies.
- Ensure accurate stock receiving, storage, and issuance procedures.
- Control inventory costs and reduce dead stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support service and sales teams with parts availability.
- Achieve departmental sales and profitability targets.




- Prepare MIS reports and analyze parts movement trends.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and dealership processes.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in automobile spare parts management.
- Experience in luxury automobile dealerships preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and spare parts operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management systems.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
