We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards across the retail store. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring proper cleaning schedules, maintaining a secure and pleasant environment for customers and employees, and complying with health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily housekeeping operations within the retail store

* Ensure cleanliness of sales floors, washrooms, offices, store rooms, and common areas

* Assign duties and manage shift schedules for housekeeping staff

* Monitor cleaning quality and ensure adherence to hygiene standards

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials

* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and raise purchase requests when required

* Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene practices

* Handle customer or staff complaints related to cleanliness

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

* Prepare daily checklists,



inspection reports, and attendance records

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (preferably in retail, mall,

or commercial establishments)

* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices

* Strong team supervision and coordination skills

* Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently

* Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in retail store, mall, hospital, or hospitality housekeeping

* Knowledge of hygiene audits and safety standards

* Ability to handle emergency cleaning situations

Work Schedule:

* Rotational shifts / Weekends / Holidays as per store requirement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
