Key Responsibilities:
* Lead generation through cold calling
* Handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
* Maintaining customer relationships
* Providing after-sales support
* Cross-selling & up-selling products
* Updating call records and customer details
* Coordinating with the sales team / no pressure
Required Skills:
* Valuable communication & convincing skills
* Basic tele-calling and sales knowledge
* MS Office knowledge (Word & Excel)
* Hindi and basic English proficiency preferred
* Positive and target-oriented attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
