- Lead, guide, and supervise team members.
- Set targets and monitor daily productivity.
- Coordinate with management and different departments.
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and timely completion of work.
- Handle staff allocation, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports and maintain necessary records.
- Ensure company policies, safety standards, and procedures are followed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
