We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Raw Material Procurement Manager to lead our mineral sourcing operations across key mining belts in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other viable regional corridors. The primary mandate of this role is to secure a consistent, high-quality monthly volume of approximately 3,000 metric tons of M and M+ grade quartz lumps, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations strictly within the company’s defined budgetary framework.

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in mineral procurement, vendor development, or raw material supply chain management within the mining, quartz processing, ceramics, or glass manufacturing industries.
- Regional Network: Established network of contacts among mine owners, crushers, and mineral traders across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Technical Expertise:



Sound knowledge of industrial quartz grading, physical identification of M and M+ grade lumps, and understanding of moisture/impurity parameters.
- Commercial Acumen: Exceptional negotiation skills, cost-control discipline, and a proven track record of managing high-tonnage bulk material contracts within strict budgets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- Mobility: Flexibility for extensive field travel across regional mining sites

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
