About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Executive to manage the maintenance and upkeep of our cloud kitchen facilities in Delhi. The role will be responsible for ensuring that kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and other infrastructure are maintained in safe and operational condition.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial kitchen maintenance, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and facility management, preferably in cloud kitchens, restaurants, QSRs, hotels, or food-service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of cloud kitchen facilities and equipment.
- Handle day-to-day maintenance requirements related to electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, civil work, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure critical kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, chillers, ovens, induction units, exhaust systems, dishwashers, and other appliances remain operational.
- Attend and resolve breakdowns and maintenance complaints within the required turnaround time.
- Coordinate with external technicians, vendors, and service providers for specialized repairs and AMC services.
- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, AMC schedules, and vendor visits.




- Monitor the condition of electrical panels, wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, MCBs, and other electrical systems.
- Check plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, leakage, sinks, taps, and related kitchen infrastructure.
- Ensure proper functioning of exhaust, ventilation, and other kitchen utility systems.
- Identify potential equipment failures and take preventive action to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain adequate stock of essential maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Verify vendor work and ensure repairs are completed as per required standards.
- Support new kitchen setup, equipment installation, shifting, and commissioning activities when required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out with proper attention to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Maintain maintenance-related documentation and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
- Be available for urgent breakdowns or operational emergencies as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in:
- Cloud Kitchens
- Restaurants / QSRs
- Hotels
- Commercial Kitchens
- Food & Beverage Operations




- Facility Management
- Good hands-on knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and exhaust systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify root causes.
- Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance requests across different kitchen locations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel between multiple cloud kitchen locations in Delhi.

Working Requirements

- Location: Delhi
- Work Type: Full-Time
- Travel: Regular travel between cloud kitchen locations may be required.
- Availability: Flexibility to attend urgent breakdowns and operational maintenance requirements.
