Tally / MARG Accountant – Immediate Joiner Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Tally / MARG Accountant to manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting software and be comfortable handling sales, purchase, invoicing, ledgers, reconciliation and routine accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) required.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in MARG ERP is required/preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in:
- Sales & Purchase Accounting
- Sales & Purchase Invoices
- Bank Reconciliation
- Ledger Maintenance
- Receipt & Payment Entries
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- E-Way Bills
- GST-related accounting work
- Day-to-day accounting entries
- Financial record maintenance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in MARG ERP/Tally.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt and payment transactions.
- Prepare and verify invoices and vouchers.
- Maintain customer, vendor and general ledgers.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Verify bills and supporting documents.




- Assist in GST and other taxation-related accounting activities.
- Maintain proper financial documentation.
- Prepare accounting reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounts-related matters.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist in monthly closing and reporting.
- Ensure all accounting records are updated accurately and on time.

- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates must have relevant accounting experience.
