Job description:

1. HVAC Project Planning & Scheduling

- Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
- Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of milestones.

2. Profit & Cost Planning

- Develop strategies to enhance project profitability.
- Control costs and optimize resource utilization.

3. Cash Flow & Revenue Management

- Ensure effective management of project cash flow.
- Support timely revenue realization.

4. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.

5. Client Feedback & Appreciation

- Obtain formal feedback and appreciation letters from clients on project performance.

6. Labor & Contractor Finalization

- Identify, evaluate, and finalize suitable labor contractors for execution.

7. Approvals & Documentation

- Follow up on all statutory, design, and client approvals required for execution.

8. Billing & Certification (Client)

- Manage client billing processes and certification of work completed.

9. Contractor Bill Certification

- Verify and certify contractor bills for accuracy and compliance with terms.

Multi-Project Management

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with internal teams and engineers.

11. Project Handover

- Ensure smooth and timely handover of completed projects as per targets.

12. Budgeting & Forecasting

- Prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.

13. Manpower Management

- Plan and manage manpower allocation and team structure for efficient execution.

14. Drawing Review

- Cross-check and validate final drawings to ensure accuracy before execution.

15. Overall Project Management

- Monitor project performance, address risks, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
