We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our IPR services, including trademark, copyright, and patent registrations. The role involves meeting clients face-to-face, explaining the importance of IPR protection, and driving business growth through field sales activities.

—> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

● Identify and approach potential clients (startups, SMEs, corporates) for IPR services.

● Conduct client meetings to explain trademark, copyright, and patent registration processes.

● Educate businesses on the importance of protecting intellectual property.

● Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.

● Coordinate with the legal team for smooth onboarding and documentation.

● Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share market feedback with management. —>





QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS -

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Law preferred.

● 1–2 years of experience in field sales (experience in legal/IPR services is preferred).

● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to explain legal concepts in easy terms to clients.

● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.

● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

—> Salary - 25,000 - 50,000

—> Office timings - 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (IST)

—> Employment type - Full Time

—> Working days - Monday - Saturday

—> Target will be given that the employee should complete.

—> One year Contract with 3 months Provision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
