We are looking for an experienced & passionate Salon Manager to join our upcoming premium salon brand in Wadgaon Sheri / New Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

About Us:
We are an established salon business with 3 existing salons in the Wadgaon Sheri – New Kalyani Nagar area, operating across Unisex & Ladies Salon formats. We are now expanding with a new premium salon brand.

Position: Salon Manager

Location: Wadgaon Sheri / New Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Experience: 3+ years preferred in Salon / Beauty / Wellness industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete day-to-day salon operations
- Lead, motivate & manage salon staff
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
- Handle customer experience & retention
- Drive memberships, packages & retail sales
- Manage appointments and staff schedules
- Monitor inventory, hygiene & salon standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain daily sales & operational reports




- Support marketing & local business development activities

We Are Looking For:

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives
