About the Role

BULL Machines is looking to urgently hire a skilled Laser Cutting Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to produce accurate metal components as per design specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor laser cutting machines to cut, engrave, or shape materials according to drawings and specifications
- Set up machine parameters (speed, power, focus) for different materials and thicknesses
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely
- Inspect finished components for accuracy, dimensional tolerance, and surface quality
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Maintain production records and report any machine malfunctions promptly




- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating laser cutting machines (CNC/Fiber laser preferred)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Basic understanding of metal properties and cutting parameters
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Willingness to work in shifts, including overtime as required
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related trade preferred
