Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and skilled Customer Service Executive to manage customer enquiries, provide timely assistance, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and service-related concerns professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding shipments, schedules, documentation, and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and service-related documentation.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved within the expected timelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.




- Additional certification in Logistics, Shipping, or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Good understanding of customer service and business communication.
- Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and standard communication tools.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 Year of experience in customer service, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
