Shift Manager – Third Wave Coffee

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing the café operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth service, team productivity, customer satisfaction, and adherence to Third Wave Coffee standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day café operations during the shift.
- Lead, supervise, and support the café team to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, beverage quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, stock availability, and daily cash handling.
- Ensure SOPs and company processes are followed consistently.
- Handle customer feedback, queries, and service-related issues effectively.
- Conduct shift briefings and allocate tasks to team members.
- Support training, coaching, and performance development of team members.
- Maintain accurate shift records and complete daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other teams to ensure smooth café operations.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
