Principal – Residential School

Minimum 5 years of experience in a boarding/residential school is required.

Responsible for overall academic, residential, administrative, and student welfare management of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead academics, curriculum, teaching quality, and student performance.
- Manage hostel operations, discipline, student welfare, and activities.
- Oversee staff, administration, budgets, safety, and CBSE compliance.
- Coordinate with parents, staff, and the community.
- Handle student concerns, emergencies, and campus operations.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree/Ph.D. in Education or relevant field; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
- 8–15 years’ overall experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum 5 years of boarding/residential school experience.
- Robust leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills.

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
