Job Description: Online Mentor – Machine Learning, Deep Learning & Generative AI

Position: Online AI/ML Mentor

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Compensation: ₹350 per hour

Shifts Available: US, UK, or Australia Shifts (Flexibility required based on student time zones)

Target Audience: K-12 and College/Adult Learners (Global Students)

About the Role

We are seeking a technically sound and passionate AI & Machine Learning Mentor to conduct live online classes in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Generative AI (Gen AI). In this role, you will guide global learners through hands-on coding, model building, neural networks, and modern AI frameworks in an interactive online environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Live Technical Sessions: Conduct engaging 1-on-1 or group online practical coding classes covering ML, DL, and Generative AI concepts.
- Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through practical implementations of algorithms, training neural networks, fine-tuning LLMs, and building real-world AI projects.
- Curriculum Alignment: Adapt complex AI/ML topics to match varying student skill levels—from foundational programming to advanced deep learning architectures.
- Code Review & Guidance: Review student code, troubleshoot errors, assess project assignments, and provide actionable technical feedback.
- Student Progress Tracking: Evaluate learning outcomes,



track project completion milestones, and provide updates to parents or adult learners.

Key Requirements

- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and core AI/ML libraries/frameworks:
- Machine Learning: Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy, Regression, Classification, Clustering.
- Deep Learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers.
- Generative AI: Prompt Engineering, LLMs (GPT, Llama), LangChain, RAG, Reliable Diffusion, API Integrations.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or working in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for US, UK, and Australian audiences.
- Shift Availability: Open to working dedicated hours matching US, UK, or Australian operational shifts.
- Technical Infrastructure:
- High-speed broadband internet (minimum 50 Mbps).
- Desktop/Laptop capable of running local ML/DL environments (or Google Colab/Jupyter).
- HD camera and noise-canceling headset.
- Power backup.

Compensation & Working Conditions

- Pay Rate: ₹350 per hour.
- Format: 100% Remote / Work from Home.

Pay: ₹350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
