Job Summary

ECOG Core Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Poster Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience in designing high-quality posters and marketing creatives.

The candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, company branding, events, and advertisements. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, typography, layouts, and current visual trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design creative and professional posters, banners, social media creatives, promotional materials, and advertisements.
- Create designs for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Understand design briefs and convert marketing requirements into attractive visual content.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.
- Design creatives for festivals, events, product promotions, recruitment campaigns, announcements, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing, HR, BDE, and other departments to understand design requirements.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and deliver final creatives within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative concepts.
- Organize and maintain design files and source files properly.
- Manage multiple design requirements and prioritize work based on deadlines.

Required Skills





- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Poster Designer / Graphic Designer.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color combinations, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs suitable for different social media platforms and digital formats.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and deliver designs independently.
- Good knowledge of image editing, resizing, and basic photo manipulation.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple design requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma
- Experience working with digital marketing or social media teams will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a solid portfolio of poster and social media designs are preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a creative, responsible, and detail-oriented Poster Designer who can independently handle day-to-day design requirements and contribute fresh ideas to the company's digital marketing and branding activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
