Job Title: Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to build and manage a strong Channel Partner network, drive lead generation, and contribute to business growth through strategic partnerships in the residential real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard, activate, and manage Channel Partners for residential projects.
- Build strong relationships with Channel Partners to drive site visits and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct Channel Partner meetings, project presentations, and activation activities.
- Manage CP registration, training, certification, and commission coordination.
- Generate business through Channel Partners and support them in activating their client database.
- Identify new business opportunities through B2B and B2C networking.
- Monitor Channel Partner performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide relevant market insights.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner support and business execution.

Required Skills

- Strong Channel Partner network and relationship management skills.
- Experience in real estate sourcing or Channel Partner management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and target-oriented approach.
- Positive understanding of the residential real estate market.
- Ability to build and expand Channel Partner networks.
