We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team.

Location: Indore (Work From Office)
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Charts & Conditional Formatting.
- Experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Valuable understanding of data cleaning, validation, and analysis.
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot & Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare MIS reports, maintain databases and trackers, monitor KPIs, analyze data, create dashboards, identify discrepancies, and provide timely insights to management.
