Position: Store Sales Manager with Accounts handling experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Sales Manager & Accounts Executive to manage showroom sales while taking complete ownership of the store's day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in billing, invoicing, cash handling, daily accounts reconciliation, and maintaining financial records, along with the ability to assist customers and support showroom sales. Since this role involves handling the store's financial transactions, accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance (Primary Responsibility)

- Manage all showroom billing, invoicing, and sales entries.
- Maintain daily cash transactions and perform cash reconciliation.
- Record sales, receipts, customer payments, and vendor transactions accurately.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
- Handle GST-related billing and maintain proper accounting records.
- Maintain day books, petty cash, and daily financial reports.
- Coordinate with the finance team for monthly accounts closing and reporting.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate and updated.
- Work with Tally/ERP or other billing software for day-to-day accounting activities.





Sales & Showroom Operations

- Assist walk-in customers and provide product recommendations.
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock movement and support inventory management.
- Maintain showroom appearance and product displays.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts, billing, invoicing, and cash handling.
- Experience in retail showroom operations or store management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, MS Excel, and billing software.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Experience in the plywood, laminates, veneers, furniture, interior products, or building materials industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

· Solid accounting and financial management skills.

· Customer-focused with good sales aptitude.

· Organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

· Able to work independently while coordinating with sales and finance teams.
