Position: Welder Supervisor

Qualification:

- Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred
- ITI – Welder

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of welding processes and fabrication work
- Good knowledge of MIG, TIG and ARC welding
- Ability to supervise and manage a team of welders
- Knowledge of welding machines, tools and equipment
- Understanding of welding drawings, measurements and specifications
- Knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication work
- Ensure weld quality, accuracy and productivity
- Monitor daily production and manpower allocation
- Knowledge of welding safety procedures and PPE
- Ability to identify and resolve welding defects




- Good knowledge of inspection and quality standards
- Maintain production and welding-related records

Experience:
5 to 7 years of Relevant experience as a Welder Supervisor/Welding Foreman / Fabrication Supervisor will be preferred.
