Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts for multiple clients.

- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.

- Conduct GST reconciliations, including ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B.

- Manage TDS computation, payment, return filing, and reconciliation.

- Assist with income tax compliances, ITR preparation, and related workings.

- Handle GST, income tax, and TDS notices, including the preparation of responses and supporting documentation.

- Assist with assessments, audits, and other departmental queries.

- Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, debtor/creditor reconciliations, and other accounting activities.

- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for audits and finalisation.

- Maintain compliance trackers and ensure the timely completion of statutory compliances.

- Coordinate with clients to obtain data and documents and resolve accounting and compliance-related queries.

- Manage large volumes of client data and multiple client portfolios while meeting strict deadlines.





Required Skills & Experience:

- Solid practical knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS.

- Hands-on experience with accounting and compliance software, including Tally ERP/Tally Prime, ERP systems, and SSP.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reconciliations.

- Prior experience in a CA firm or tax and compliance environment will be preferred.

- Experience managing multiple clients and large volumes of transactions and data.

- Exposure to GST, income tax, and TDS notices, assessments, and departmental queries will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA, or relevant experience in Accounts & Compliance.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
