Overview:
We are seeking a talented LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Filesie Systems (India) Private Limited. As a vital member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leveraging LinkedIn to identify and engage with the right audience for our IT-based company. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, a deep understanding of LinkedIn lead generation techniques, and the ability to effectively communicate with potential leads.

Requirements

Drive end-to-end B2B lead generation across US.

Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, and multi-channel outreach

Build and manage high-quality prospect databases

Run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key stakeholders

Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities

Optimize campaigns using data, insights, and performance metrics

Qualifications

5+ years in B2B Lead Generation / Demand Generation

Experience with enterprise-level prospecting (must-have)





Experience in IT services, SaaS, AI, or digital transformation companies

Strong hands-on expertise with:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Cold email & sequencing tools

CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus)

Proven ability to generate high-quality, sales-ready leads

Experience targeting international markets (US/UK/Europe)

Strong communication and outreach skills
