We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic Voice Support Process. Candidates should be comfortable handling customer calls in English and Bengali and should have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate effectively in English and Bengali.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update required information.
- Follow company processes and quality guidelines.

Requirements





- Languages: English + Bengali mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates with domestic/international voice process or customer service experience are preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.

Salary

- ₹18,000 per month (in-hand)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
