About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Executive to promote and sell medical equipment and healthcare solutions across Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, clinics, and doctors regularly to promote company products.
- Generate recent leads and identify potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospital management, and purchase teams.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Explain product features, applications, benefits, and commercial details professionally.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, demos, and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports and customer information.
- Collect and update doctor/hospital contact details and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with the technical and management teams for demonstrations and customer requirements.
- Travel across assigned territories in Tamil Nadu when required.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in medical equipment, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
