Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to join our e-commerce team at Gorwa, BIDC, Vadodara.

The candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, checking order details, coordinating with the warehouse and courier teams, updating order status, and ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage daily orders received through e-commerce platforms.
- Verify customer details, product, quantity, payment, and shipping information.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team for order dispatch.
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and other required documents.
- Track shipments and coordinate with courier partners.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and delivery issues.
- Update order status accurately in the system.
- Monitor pending, cancelled, failed, and delayed orders.




- Coordinate with customer support and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of orders and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn e-commerce software and processes.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Freshers can apply – complete training will be provided.
- Previous e-commerce/order processing experience will be an advantage.
