- Develop and optimize recycling processes for various plastic materials such as PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, and other engineering plastics.
- Analyze and improve the quality and consistency of recycled polymers through testing and characterization.
- Troubleshoot process issues related to sorting, washing, shredding, extrusion, filtration, and compounding.
- Monitor and optimize process parameters to improve productivity, yield, and material quality.
- Study polymer properties such as MFI/MFR, viscosity, density, moisture, thermal properties, and mechanical properties.
- Develop suitable formulations and blends to achieve required recycled material specifications.
- Support R&D; activities for value-added recycled polymer products.
- Evaluate post-consumer and post-industrial plastic waste streams for recycling suitability.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D;, Maintenance, and Procurement teams.
- Identify opportunities to reduce material losses, energy consumption, rejection rates, and production costs.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for material and process-related quality problems.
- Establish and maintain process and material specifications for recycled polymers.
- Support trials,



scale-up activities, and recent product development.
- Prepare technical reports, test reports, process documentation, and quality records.
- Stay updated on developments in plastic recycling, sustainable materials, circular economy, and polymer technology.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, Plastics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in polymer processing, plastic recycling, compounding, or recycled polymer manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of polymer materials and their properties.
- Practical knowledge of plastic recycling processes and equipment.
- Understanding of extrusion, compounding, injection molding, pelletizing, filtration, and material handling.
- Experience in polymer testing and characterization.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
