Job Description – Production In-Charge

Position: Production In-Charge
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0-2years or 2–5 years in manufacturing/production

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Supervise production workers and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Monitor the production process to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials, machinery, manpower, and other resources.
- Maintain production records, stock records, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Purchase, Maintenance, and Management teams.
- Monitor product quality and ensure production is carried out according to company procedures.
- Identify production issues and take timely corrective action.
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Ensure proper cleaning, hygiene, and safety standards in the production area.
- Train and guide workers on production processes and safety procedures.




- Monitor machinery and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs or breakdowns.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management.

Required Skills

- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
- Strong team management and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and meet production targets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production records.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Graduation / Diploma

Experience

2–5 years of production experience preferred. Candidates with strong practical experience in manufacturing and team supervision may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
