Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled MERN Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack, along with practical knowledge of multi-tenant applications and microservices architecture.

The candidate should also have a basic understanding of Python and be comfortable working in an in-office environment. You will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications while collaborating with the team to deliver quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Build robust backend applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB.
- Develop and maintain multi-tenant applications with proper data isolation and security.
- Design, develop, and integrate microservices-based applications.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services as required.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production bugs.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and other team members.
- Use Git and version-control practices for efficient development and collaboration.
- Understand and work with Python-based services when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern development practices.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development.
- Practical experience with microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of multi-tenancy architecture and implementation.
- Experience with database design, queries, indexing, and optimization.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT/OAuth.
- Valuable understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Basic understanding of Python.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work from office.

Good to Have

- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Redis, message queues, or event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with performance optimization and system scalability.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
