About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional who can independently create high-performing creative content — carousels, static ad designs, and short-form videos — and use that content to run and scale our paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate is first and foremost a strong creative (Canva + video editing), with a proven track record managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and driving measurable results through organic and paid channels.

Responsibilities:

- Design and produce carousel posts, static ad creatives, and short-form videos/reels for Instagram and Facebook (this is the top priority)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) end-to-end — targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, scaling
- Own Instagram and Facebook content strategy, posting calendar, and community engagement
- Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC,



ROAS, conversions) and continuously optimize for better results
- Report on KPIs and tie campaign performance directly to business/revenue goals
- Stay updated on Meta platform changes, ad policies, and digital marketing/creative trends

Requirements:

- Solid hands-on skills in Canva (carousels, static ads, social posts) and video editing/reel-making — this is the first priority
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically running Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong portfolio/proof of past creative work and campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS)
- Deep working knowledge of Instagram and Facebook (organic + paid)
- Excellent communication skills — able to present campaign results and strategy clearly
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a performance/incentive-based structure

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
