Job Summary
We are looking for a polite, professional, and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to handle dental patient inbound and outbound calls while ensuring excellent service and achievement of quality and performance targets.

Responsibilities

- Inbound and outbound patients call handling.
- Responding timely, efficiently, and accurately to patients and providing appropriate solutions.
- Engaging in active listening, clarifying information, and handling difficult patients professionally.
- Understanding and achieving defined customer service and performance metrics.
- Making sales or recommendations for products/services based on patient needs.




- Participating in training and learning opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in US Telecalling / International BPO.
- Strong communication and client-interfacing skills.
- Target-oriented, result-driven, and adaptable.
- Strong time-management and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in Night/US shifts.
- Spanish speakers preferred.
- Candidates from Nagpur preferred.
