- Handle legal documentation, agreements and related matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Draft, review and maintain legal documents
- Coordinate with relevant parties on legal matters
- Provide support in legal and documentation-related requirements
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of legal work
