The Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) program is designed to provide hands-on exposure and practical training to fresh engineering graduates. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior professionals to understand core manufacturing processes, systems, and department-specific activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the department team in day-to-day operations and documentation.
- Support production planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, etc.) for smooth execution of plans.
- Learn and apply ERP systems, data entry, and MIS reporting.
- Track and update WIP (Work in Progress) and prepare status reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.
- Gain exposure to manufacturing processes, resource planning, and supply chain activities.
Key Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
