Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and network different types of printers and MFDs.
- Perform preventive maintenance and resolve hardware and software-related printer issues.
- Diagnose and repair printer malfunctions at card and component level.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, networking, and software-related issues.
- Handle A4/A3 Mono & Colour Laser, Inkjet Printers and MFPs.
- Work on printer brands such as HP, Canon, Kyocera, Epson, Brother, etc.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
- Identify faulty components and carry out appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Maintain service records and provide timely technical support to customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and explain technical issues and solutions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
