Manager on Duty (MOD)

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations during the assigned shift.
- Act as the point of contact for operational matters and emergencies during the shift.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, front office, housekeeping, security, engineering, and other support departments.
- Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, transfers, and other operational activities.
- Address patient, attendant, and visitor concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, facility, and other support services for effective functioning.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams,



and department heads whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare shift-related reports and incident reports.
- Support implementation of quality and patient safety initiatives.
- Ensure smooth handover of important operational issues to the next shift.
- Take appropriate decisions within the scope of authority and escalate critical matters to senior management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
