Job Description:

Gearlinc Systems is looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive to manage our procurement operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle vendor management, raw material sourcing, and price negotiations for our industrial manufacturing unit (specializing in Industrial Gearboxes and Crane Duty Gearboxes).

Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify, evaluate, and finalize reliable suppliers and vendors for raw materials, cast iron castings, steel components, and machine parts.
- Procurement Operations: Raise Purchase Orders (POs), follow up on timely deliveries, and ensure materials match the required quality standards.
- Cost Negotiation: Negotiate best prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize purchasing costs.
- Inventory Coordination:



Coordinate closely with the production and store departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts.
- Documentation & Billing: Handle vendor bills, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) verification, and coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments.
- Market Research: Keep track of market trends and raw material price fluctuations.

Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or mechanical industry.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mechanical/Supply Chain background or Diploma will be an added advantage).
- Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, vendor management, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel/Tally.
- Language Known: Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
